Maintainx

Growth Marketing Manager

North America Full Time

MaintainX is the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. We are a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities. MaintainX powers operational excellence for 13,000 businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions Inc., Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Xylem, and Shell.

We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to support and execute our experimental marketing initiatives—helping create and run tests, discover new channels, manage test budgets, and scale what works. This role is ideal for a marketer with 3–5 years of B2B growth or performance experience who’s eager to learn from a senior growth leader and take on more ownership.

Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key part of our Growth Marketing team, helping build and refine the experimentation engine that drives the next phase of our customer acquisition. This role focuses on non-search growth channels; ownership of our core paid search programs (Google/Bing) sits with other team members, so SEM experience is a plus but not required.

This role is remote in Canada or USA.

What you'll do:

  • Help manage a growing channel testing budget, optimizing performance, improving efficiency, and driving growth.
  • Support the development and execution of our digital and offline channel experimentation roadmap, with a focus on non-search channels (e.g., paid social, sponsorships, ABM motions, content syndication, direct mail, and other emerging tactics).
  • Use AI tools to support creative testing, automation, and campaign optimization—balancing automation with human judgment to improve results.
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify high-impact experiments and inform where we should double down versus pivot.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing to concept and ship effective experiments that align to our value propositions and downstream sales motions.
  • Help synthesize and communicate experimental results and insights to key stakeholders, building clear narratives and recommendations for what to scale, stop, or iterate.
  • Contribute to building scalable testing frameworks, documentation, and processes that enable rapid experimentation and institutional learning over time.

About you:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree (a quantitative field is a plus but not required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience managing $1M+ performance marketing budgets.
  • Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns and budgets across channels such as paid social, programmatic, content syndication, or other demand-focused tactics. (Paid Search experience is nice-to-have, but not the core focus of this role)
  • Track record of managing experiments or testing programs, with the ability to structure clean tests, measure impact, and make clear recommendations.
  • Deep analytical mindset with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and tell compelling performance stories.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity—you have a strong bias for action and are energized by finding new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to keep multiple tests and campaigns on track and on time.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools and/or CRMs (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker/Data Studio, Salesforce, Tableau) to extract and act on insights.
  • Curious and proactive about AI and automation, and excited to use them to enhance experimentation, optimization, and workflows.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) / RRSP enrollment program.
  • Take what you need PTO.
  • A Work Culture where:
    • You’ll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values, Smart Humble Optimist.
    • We believe in meritocracy, where ideas and effort are publicly celebrated.
