We’re looking for a new colleague to join us as our Growth Marketing Manager, owning buyer demand generation and lifecycle marketing across the full customer journey — from first touch to activation, retention, and beyond. In this role, you’ll design and execute campaigns that deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time, driving both product usage and revenue impact.
The role is based out of our office in Copenhagen, with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week, and some expected travel to our HQ in Vejle for collaboration with central teams and key stakeholders.

About the role
As our new Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own lifecycle strategy and multi-channel campaigns across the buyer journey. You’ll design always-on and time-bound campaigns, build automated journeys, and use data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
You’ll work cross-functionally across the organisation — aligning touchpoints, shaping campaigns, and ensuring customer communication is consistent, personalised, and effective across every stage of the funnel.
