  • Identify opportunities to expand reach, improve conversion, and deepen engagement through partner-driven experiences and content.
  • Support the development and execution of partner growth programs and campaigns.

Content & Experience Optimization:

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of content that supports lifecycle engagement, education, and cross-product discovery.
  • Ensure content and experiences align with BMO brand guidelines, design system standards, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights to continuously refine strategies and improve customer outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners including product, CRM, analytics, compliance, creative, and channel teams.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners to support shared growth objectives and program execution.
  • Act as a growth marketing subject-matter expert within cross-functional teams.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Execute service requests, transactions, and operational tasks within established service level agreements.
  • Monitor compliance with BMO policies, legal, privacy, brand, and design standards, escalating risks as required.
  • Document and maintain operational processes related to lifecycle marketing, partner programs, and growth initiatives.
