About the Role
We’re looking for Growth Marketers with a strong data-driven mindset to join our Digital Sales team. In this role, you’ll design and execute personalized marketing initiatives that drive customer activation, engagement, and long-term growth.
You’ll work across the customer lifecycle from deeper feature adoption to product expansion , using insights, experimentation, and digital marketing tools to create measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
• Design and optimize customer journeys that increase adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Build targeted campaigns to drive activation, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Use analytics and experimentation to measure impact and continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, and content teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Translate insights into clear actions, ensuring marketing initiatives align with business priorities.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, KPIs, and testing frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, analytics, and personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CRM platforms).
• Experience in building campaigns for activation, upsell, or cross-sell.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and stakeholders.
• A growth mindset — curious, experimental, and results-driven.
