About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an execution-focused Growth Manager to support user acquisition, activation, and retention across our MENA offshore markets.
This role is anchored in running high-impact campaigns, optimizing lifecycle journeys, and turning data into clear actions that improve conversion and trading activity.
You’ll work closely with regional teams to plan, launch, and optimize growth initiatives that deliver measurable results across priority funnels.
What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute growth campaigns across MENA offshore markets, focusing on acquisition, activation, and trading volume.

CLM Optimization: Build, test, and improve lifecycle journeys across email, push, in-app messaging, and automation flows to increase user engagement.

Funnel Analysis: Monitor and analyze key conversion steps to identify drop-offs and opportunities.

Market Insights: Gather and synthesize regional user trends, competitor activities, and behavioral insights to inform campaign direction.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Paid, Product, Data, Content, and Regional teams to align campaigns with product milestones and market needs.

Performance Tracking: Maintain clear reporting on campaign metrics, CLM performance, and user behavior; recommend optimizations that drive impact.

Execution Support: Assist in building weekly and monthly growth calendars, ensuring timely delivery and quality across channels.
What We Look For In You

2–4 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, CRM/CLM, or campaign execution roles.

Strong understanding of user funnels, lifecycle channels, and engagement tactics.

Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.

Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance dashboards and making actionable recommendations.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Familiarity with MENA user behavior and offshore markets is a strong plus.

Fluent in Arabic, English
