💡 Team Description

You’ll join our Outbound Growth Team in our London Office!
This team drives SumUp’s outbound growth strategy, identifying high-potential SMBs, running data-driven prospecting campaigns, and generating high-quality leads for our Account Executives.

As a Growth Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in the world of outbound sales and marketing automation. You’ll learn how to build enriched prospect lists, research ideal customer profiles, and support campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. It’s a great opportunity to develop your analytical, creative, and commercial skills in a fast-paced fintech environment. ✨

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of outbound lead generation campaigns targeting strategic SMB accounts
  • Research and enrich prospect lists using tools like Clay, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn
  • Test and iterate signal-based outbound campaigns to boost performance across core markets
  • Assist in creating tailored outreach content and materials to strengthen SumUp’s brand among mid-market merchants
  • Kick off automated campaigns using N8N, Make, and Zapier
  • Support the Outbound Growth Lead in reporting, analysis, and process improvement
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handovers and data accuracy

  • You’re curious about sales, marketing automation, and data-driven growth strategies.
  • You’re confident working with spreadsheets and eager to learn tools like Clay, Make, or Salesforce.

  • You’re proactive, organised, and excited to contribute to a high-impact team project.
