What you'll do đŸ‘‡đŸŒ

  • Design and execute Skello’s inbound strategy across all markets (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland).
  • Build a scalable acquisition system combining SEO, content, automation, and conversion optimization.
  • Leverage AI and LLMs (yes, deeply, not just for prompts) to multiply content output, speed, and personalization.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Looker to operate at a new level of productivity.
  • Lead a data-driven content strategy: reports, landing pages, videos, calculators, and experiments.
  • Define and own your KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, MRR, CPL, and make them grow, fast.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment from awareness to revenue.

 

Who are we looking for 😍

  •  3–7 years of experience in inbound marketing and growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot mastery expected).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
  • A creative yet ROI-driven marketer who knows how to balance storytelling and performance.
  • You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever.
  • You know and use tools to structure, scale, and optimize workflows.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key.
  • Fluent in French and in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus).
  • If you haven’t integrated LLMs into your marketing practice, or if you don’t know what Lovable is, this role is not for you.
