Growth Enablement Lead – Transport & Customs

We are looking for a dynamic and focused Growth Enablement Lead to support and accelerate the performance of our Trucking and Customs House Brokerage (CHB) products in Pakistan. This role will work closely with internal teams and customers to drive service excellence, commercial enablement, and product growth across key corridors and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive volume growth, product adoption, and profitability across Trucking and CHB
  • Equip frontline teams with product knowledge, pricing guidance, and clear value propositions
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify growth accounts and convert pipeline opportunities
  • Support bid responses, solution designs, and customer presentations for Trucking & CHB opportunities
  • Support development and execution of corridor-specific growth strategies (Pakistan & cross-border)
  • Track key performance metrics and ensure visibility of targets vs actuals
  • Identify and resolve operational gaps through process mapping, SOP enhancements, and stakeholder alignment
  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to unblock challenges and improve service reliability
  • Ensure adherence to global and regional standards, compliance requirements, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications and Specifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transport, CHB, product management, or supply chain roles
  • Strong analytical capability, coordination skills, and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Knowledge of cross-border operations and customs processes is a strong advantage
