Your Mission:

As our Growth & Content Marketing Manager, you are the engine that fuels enmacc’s brand and demand.

Your mission is to execute our growth roadmap by producing high-quality content for the energy trader community and managing the multi-channel engines that deliver it. This is a hands-on role for a creator who loves to build—whether it's writing a market report, setting up ABM workflows, or leveraging AI to scale our output.

Your Responsibilities / What you’ll do:

  • Content Production: Produce enmacc’s core content assets, including ebooks, Data driven market reports and obtaining customer success stories & testimonials in various formats.
  • Full-Funnel Copywriting: Own sharp, SEO and GEO optimized copy for the website, landing pages, and email nurtures to drive platform conversions.
  • Campaign Operations: Set up and manage end-to-end growth activities across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and organic social media channels.
  • Automation & ABM: Build and launch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and manage automated lead-nurturing workflows in our CRM (Zoho/HubSpot).
  • Performance Optimization: Track campaign KPIs and conversion data to make real-time, hands-on adjustments to the marketing spend and creative assets.

Your Profile / What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Marketplace environment with a track record of dynamic execution.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and German
  • Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Jasper, etc. to accelerate content creation and optimize marketing workflows.
  • Power-user of CRM/Automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot) and expert knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • A proactive individual who takes full ownership of tasks and ensures high-quality delivery without needing constant supervision.
