Location Requirement:
Candidates must be based in or near Garden City, Kansas, to effectively support growers across the region. This role requires frequent travel throughout Garden City and the surrounding areas for grower visits, installations, and technical support.
Local familiarity with Kansas’s agricultural landscape—especially crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, and specialty crops—is highly preferred.

Arable is seeking a Grower Engagement Manager to lead grower-facing operations in Kansas, helping producers optimize agronomic decisions using data and technology. This role focuses on ensuring that growers fully understand and utilize Arable’s tools to improve irrigation efficiency, crop performance, and overall sustainability.
This is a hands-on, field-based position that blends agricultural expertise, technical aptitude, and relationship-building.

Your Role:
As the Grower Engagement Manager for Kansas, you will be the primary point of contact for growers, consultants, and partners in Garden City and surrounding areas. You’ll support growers in adopting Arable’s technology and ensuring successful implementation across their operations.
This role includes managing logistics, coordinating installations, performing field technical work, and providing in-season technical maintenance support.
