The Opportunity:
The Group Senior Administrator is Accountable for managing policies and premiums in line with AIA guidelines, quality standards, and service levels. This includes collaborating with the Senior Manager – Finance Operations and the Group Administration team to develop and promote best-practice principles and processes.
To do this successfully you will:
- Deliver high-quality policy and premium administration, meeting service, productivity, and quality targets.
- Manage case work and resolve queries or escalated complaints within agreed standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation in Group Administration practices.
- Build strong relationships with advisers, fund administrators, members, and internal teams.
- Support presentations, service meetings, and capability initiatives as required.
- Provide technical and quality support to ensure accurate billing and data management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on administration matters.
Successful applications will have:
- Strong technical expertise in Group Insurance Administration and best practices.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
- Solid product and pricing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Advanced Excel and strong financial/mathematical capability.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
