What you'll be doing
You’ll be joining the Personal Lending, Residential Secured Lending team. As a Group Product Manager, you will report to the Director, RESL Acquisition and will be responsible for executing the mortgage acquisition strategy that fuels high-quality mortgage pipeline growth by focusing on delivering compelling mortgage offers, increasing and engaging leads, and supporting the management and execution of marketing acquisition campaigns.

How you'll succeed
Support acquisition strategy – Assist in the development and execution of the mortgage acquisition strategy by contributing to offers, lead management, strategic partnerships, and the digital presence. Help monitor the acquisition funnel and provide input on process improvements.
Offer development & management – Support the design and optimization of mortgage offers, including rate incentives, cross-sell bundles, and personalized programs. Collaborate with pricing, marketing, and product teams to ensure offers are competitive and aligned with business goals.
Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with channel, finance, digital, marketing, analytics, and product teams to help ensure acquisition flows and offers run smoothly. Support the communication of acquisition performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Assist in media strategy, campaign management, and reviewing creative briefs as needed.
Storytelling – Prepare and support presentations for various audiences, including frontline staff, partners, and executives. Help communicate the rationale behind recommended strategies and initiatives to gain stakeholder alignment.
Business case & campaign support Collaborate closely with Finance to assist in developing robust business cases for new initiatives and marketing campaigns. Support the financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting required to evaluate potential investments and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Provide data-driven insights on lead generation models and digital acquisition channels to strengthen recommendations and contribute to the overall success of acquisition strategies.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience in business planning, business model development and pricing best-practices (5+ years). You also have in-depth knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending products. You have strategic planning skills sufficient to establish and co-ordinate complex assignments and projects which can be ambiguous in nature.
