GROUP PERFORMANCE SENIOR MANAGER (F/M)

Fixed Term Contract - 21/02/2026 to 22/08/2026

What we offer

Group Performance Management was created 3 years ago as a Finance partner to the business at the heart of the new organization strategy of URW. The team is responsible for bringing insightful perspectives about the business and the Group’s performance to steer decision making. Group Performance Management is a key stakeholder to ensure financial targets of the Group are met and leads major projects and processes, aiming at streamlining business performance assessment. Permanently involved with regional management teams about operations, productivity and investments but also with a high exposure to the Management Board and the Senior Leadership, the team evolves in a rich and challenging environment and has a high level of expectations.

In your role as Group Performance Senior Manager, you will:

Perform regular follow-up of financial and operational results with local teams:

  • Provide clear and timely insights on target achievement and trajectory, anticipating deviations and opportunities early enough to implement prioritized corrective measures
  • As a real business partner, support and challenge local teams in reviewing quantitative and qualitative business and financial targets
  • Lead and coordinate workstreams and contribute to the Group efficiency plan

Support the Management Board and Senior Executive Committee team through:

  • Support Management Board decision making through capitalization on inputs, outcomes and highlights from main business processes (5YBP, ERV, QFR, Pipeline review…) and frequent exchanges with the regions
  • Identify & support ad hoc performance improvement initiatives –digging into business performance ‘key topics’ in a commando mode at the request of either MB or ExCo
  • Active participation in building efficient KPI to manage and support the evolution of group business model (ERV, SBR, New businesses…)
  • Review of the cost base (Admin Expenses, Operating Expenses…) to identify any levers in the operational efficiency and organization schemes within the different business units

Spearhead change in processes and underlying systems to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across the board:

  • Identify and frame all relevant KPIs to analyze business performance, especially on her/his area of expertise
  • Forecasting and Budgeting
  • CAPEX monitoring
  • Leasing & Vacancy follow-up

Headquarters based position (Paris 16). Travels in Europe are expected.

🚩You are the right person for this position if :

Must have

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles working closely with the business
  • Advanced financial skills including business modelling
  • Ideally worked in other European countries
  • Fluent in English (excellent level of English is mandatory for this position)
  • Based in Paris; willing to travel across Europe
  • Experience: M&A, Business strategy, Invesment Management, Operating/Asset/Development Management, Controlling with a strong business acumen
  • You are curious by nature and able to develop and implement innovative actions plans
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and you are confident in dealing with key internal and external stakeholders
  • You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
