Feeling inspired? We’re growing fast and looking for you to join us as Group People Operations Manager (m/f/d)) DACH, Benelux & Denmark  –  at one of our locations in Germany or remotely.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Drive the global transformation of People Operations by unifying country-specific processes and breaking down silos
  • Assess current practices, enhance efficiency, and implement automation and self-service tools to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience
  • Own the company-wide rollout and implementation of our HRIS (Personio), including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, stakeholder training, go-live planning, and continuous optimisation to drive adoption and process standardisation
  • Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all regions. Implement best practices and systems to support seamless payroll processing
  • Ensure all People Operations processes adhere to local regulations and labor laws across various regions. Lead and coordinate audits, escalating issues to the relevant stakeholders or the Business Partnering team when specialized expertise is required
  • Help manage and build a constructive relationship with a newly formed Works Council in Germany, ensuring timely consultation and collaboration on relevant People topics and supporting works council processes in line with German co-determination requirements
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO), Practice Leads, and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization
  • Manage a small team, fostering an environment of growth and development. Coach and empower team members to achieve operational objectives

HOW TO IMPRESS US

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations within the DACH region, including proven leadership of teams.
  • Strong knowledge of German and Swiss labor law and payroll processes, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new topics
  • Hands-on experience working with German Works Councils, including consultation processes and relationship management in co-determined environments
  • Practical experience implementing and optimising HRIS systems, ideally Personio
  • Strong IT affinity with a track record in the digitalisation, automation, and harmonisation of HR processes
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments; resilient under pressure, confident in decision-making, and experienced in change management
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal). Dutch or Danish is a plus. Must reside and hold valid work eligibility in Germany, Switzerland, or the Netherlands. Availability of 32–40 hours per week and willingness to travel occasionally
