Verisure is seeking a talented and passionate Group Marketing intern to support on the optimization strategies for the Acquisition Contact Center and Telesales operations across the group and make a tangible positive impact.

In this position you will have the opportunity of working in both acquisition & portfolio Marketing, potentially across 18 countries, hand in hand with an extraordinary global team.

This role is a great opportunity for candidates interested in gaining a strong strategic perspective on Marketing, while also having the opportunity of getting hands-on experience in project implementation.

Responsibilities

· Understand and support the implementation of technology and systems within the Contact Center operation, coordinate requests, and support markets while identifying new and improved ways of creating value through technology.

· Collect & analyze data: gather relevant data and analyze it to identify patterns, trends, and propose optimizations in Contact Center operations.

· Build marketing reports that allow to measure marketing performance along different geographies.

· Condense the data and insights into clear and concise presentations for the Marketing audience in the company.

· Support the organization and the content preparation for specific workshops and training sessions, with the aim of documenting and sharing company best practices.

Candidate profile

· Is fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus: Spanish, German, Italian, French).

· Has strong analytical & efficient problem-solving skills.
