For our headquarters in Veghel, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Group Leader Sales Support Office for our Distribution domain. In this role, you will lead a team of technical and commercial specialists who provide expert support to our sales organization. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to enable successful sales projects and strategic growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Engineering Support team, including technical and commercial specialists,
    to provide expert support for sales activities
  • Support sales projects within Domain Distribution across key competencies and product areas
  • Develop and maintain knowledge platforms, including websites for best practices, training materials, and lessons learned
  • Share pricing developments and cost analysis to enable informed decision-making
  • Provide technical input on interface design (e.g., power, noise) and sustainability considerations
  • Prepare quotations and presentation packages for customer proposals
  • Maintain and enhance tools, templates, and knowledge centers to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate quarterly updates to keep the sales community informed about organizational changes and relevant developments
  • Drive collaboration with other departments to integrate technological developments into business processes
  • Foster continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team capabilities to support strategic sales objectives

What do we ask from you?

  • Degree (or equivalent vocational education) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing technical/commercial specialists
  • Strong understanding of sales engineering processes, including quotation preparation and cost analysis
  • Familiarity with interface design principles (e.g., power, noise) and sustainability considerations
  • Ability to work with knowledge management tools, templates, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
