Sanofi Global Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.
Main responsibilities:
Group Lead Brand & Patient Analytics is responsible to create synergies and provide functional & operational direction to Multiple processes across various GBU and GTMC operation, so that the cost savings and value creation are achieved with deliveries optimized through multi-layered teams.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team of 30+ associates focused on brand analytics, targeting, segmentation, and patient analytics.
Mentor analysts, senior analyst, managers and team lead drive capability building in brand and patient analytics, storytelling, and US market data fluency.
Manage resource allocation, prioritization, and delivery quality across multiple therapeutic areas and brands.
Brand & Commercial Analytics
Oversee delivery of end‑to‑end brand performance analytics across new and inline brands (market trends, TRx/NRx analysis, promotional effectiveness)
Drive development of advanced segmentation frameworks—HCP, account, patient, and population segmentation.
Lead targeting strategy design using advanced patient and prescriber analytics.
Build and maintain brand KPIs, and analytics frameworks for senior leadership decision‑making.
Patient Analytics & Market Mapping
Own patient journey analytics including diagnosis, treatment initiation, titration, persistency, adherence, switching, and drop‑off points.
Design market maps integrating HCP, account, patient, and ecosystem stakeholders to support strategic planning.
Develop frameworks for identifying patient opportunity, treatment gaps, and barriers impacting brand growth.
Launch Readiness & Early‑Launch Analytics
Lead launch readiness analytics including unmet need assessment, sizing, scope of opportunity, and competitive landscape mapping.
Build and operationalize launch KPIs, early launch performance tracking, and signal detection frameworks.
Expertise in US Pharma Data Assets
Manage and leverage large‑scale US datasets such as:
§ APLD
§ LAAD
§ Medical & Pharmacy Claims (IQVIA, Symphony, DRG)
§ DDD (Drug Distribution Data)
§ Exponent/Chargeback/340B data
§ CRM (Veeva/SFDC)
§ RWE, EHR, EMR, Specialty Pharmacy, HUB services data
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with US Brand Marketing to translate analytics into action.
Present insights to senior leadership with clarity, storytelling, and strategic recommendation framing.
Serve as a trusted advisor for commercial strategy, opportunity sizing
Business Impact & Outcomes
Deliver insights that improve targeting precision, accelerate brand growth, and optimize commercial investments.
Support decision-making across lifecycle phases—pre‑launch, launch, growth, and maturity.
About you
14+ years in pharma commercial analytics, brand analytics, patient analytics, or data science.
Strong working knowledge of major US pharma datasets.
Proven ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Dataset Exposure: IQVIA- MIDAS, LAAD, Channel Dynamics, APLD, CRM, Claims Data, Promotional data etc.
Education: Graduate/postgraduate in any discipline (e.g., MBA, BPharm, MS, PhD, DVM,)
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
