Sanofi Global Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​. Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations​ in Sanofi, globally.

 

Main responsibilities:

Group Lead Advanced Analytics is responsible to create synergies and provide functional & operational direction to Multiple processes across various GBU and GTMC operation, so that the cost savings and value creation are achieved with deliveries optimized through multi-layered teams.

 

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of 30+ data scientists, statisticians, and analytics professionals across MMM, predictive modelling, and omnichannel analytics.

  • Drive capability building in advanced analytics, experimentation frameworks, AI/ML, and modern tech stacks.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, scientific rigor, and operational excellence.

  • Manage team workload, prioritization, resource allocation, and career development.

Analytics Strategy & Delivery

  • Define and execute the end‑to‑end analytics strategy for MMM, next‑best‑action, customer targeting, and omnichannel measurement for key brands.

  • Oversee design, development, and deployment of advanced MMM models covering HCP, DTC, payer, digital, field, and promotional channels.

  • Lead development of robust analytical frameworks to measure promotional ROI, elasticity, marketing impact simulations, and scenario planning.

  • Ensure scientific quality, reproducibility, and adherence to statistical best practices in all analytics outputs.

Omnichannel & Customer Analytics

  • Champion omnichannel measurement frameworks, attribution models, and customer journey analytics to optimize HCP and patient engagement.

  • Partner with brand, digital, field, and medical teams to translate insights into actionable omnichannel strategies.

  • Oversee development of advanced algorithms for segmentation, personalization, NBA/NBO and dynamic targeting.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as strategic thought partner to Marketing, Commercial, Field Leadership, Digital, Finance, and HEOR teams.

  • Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Influence brand and portfolio decisions using data‑driven insights and scenario modelling.

Governance, Quality & Operations

  • Establish strong operating mechanisms, documentation standards, model governance, validation protocols, and compliance alignment.

  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and global alignment of analytics processes and frameworks.

Business Impact

  • Deliver actionable insights that optimize marketing spend, channel mix, field force effectiveness, and omnichannel engagement to drive measurable business ROI.

  • Lead cross‑functional projects that shape brand strategy, launch optimization, and long‑term commercial planning.

 

About you

  • 14+ years in analytics, data science, or commercial insights (pharma preferred).

  • Deep hands‑on expertise in MMM, statistical modelling, and omnichannel analytics.

  • Proven experience leading large teams (30+ members) and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Experience with modern analytics tools (Python/R, cloud platforms, visualization tools).

  • Dataset Exposure : IQVIA- MIDAS, LAAD, Channel Dynamics, APLD, CRM, Claims Data ,Promotional data etc.

  • Education: Graduate/postgraduate in any discipline (e.g., MBA, BPharm, MS, PhD, DVM,)

  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
