Who are we looking for?

This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work on a range of critical HR topics and international projects, working in close collaboration with the International HRBP Team of the company.
The main tasks and projects would include:
- HR Core Processes: give support to the team making follow up (reports of process status, deadlines, communications…), benchmarks, consolidating data, doing analysis…
- Data: be responsible to create and update reports (HC, new joiners, internal mobility, leavers, exit interviews…).
- HR systems (Workday): data quality checks, follow up on completion of assigned tasks, maintaining the org structures…
- Give support to our employees (ad-hoc requests/issues, doubts about processes…).
- Communication: drafting communication of organizational changes/HR topics or initiatives, updating distribution lists…
- Other activities as required
Candidate profile
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated, high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a real impact on the business.
- Last year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees such as Business Administration, Economy, etc. We are seeking individuals with passion for innovation and willing to challenge themselves.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel). It will be part of your daily work.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Spanish highly valued.
- Position require EU work authorization or internship agreement.
Location
The role will be based in Madrid and report to Group HR Business Partner Manager.
