Group FP&A Analyst - Warwick – Finance

Hybrid Working- Three Days in the office and two from home

As a Group FP&A Analyst based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Maintaining and developing the monthly financial Group Board reporting process including non-financial KPIs

  • Supporting the Group forecasting process and the Group annual budgeting process

  • Partnering senior Head Office stakeholders and assisting with understanding of costs, forecasting and budgeting

  • Working with Group businesses to prepare a weekly Group sales forecast

  • Ad hoc projects around the Group e.g. support with new acquisitions, report development and strategic projects

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm with flexible, hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • A professional accountancy qualification

  • Experience in external audit or in a large organisation in a role that oversees all areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet desirable

  • Previous experience of working in a Group Finance team desirable

  • Strong Excel skills, financial analysis, and modelling skills with ability to identify key issues

  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to challenge and improve processes, and confidence in managing multiple deadlines independently
