We are looking for a Group Financial Systems Manager  

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the finance consolidation system effectively supports group financial reporting and decision‑making. We are seeking candidates with experience in an admin or key user role for a consolidation tool, a strong understanding of group reporting processes, and the ability to work across finance and IT in development projects. Your focus goes beyond system maintenance to shaping reporting structures, supporting stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement through development initiatives.

You will be a part of the Group finance organization and Group finance reporting systems team.

As part of the recruitment process, we will request a standard security clearance vetting conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO), as well as a drug test for the selected candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a key user and subject matter expert for the finance consolidation and reporting system
  • Ensure a stable, accurate, and timely monthly reporting process from a system and data perspective
  • Maintain and develop reporting structures, hierarchies and metadata in close cooperation with Group Finance and other stakeholders
  • Support period‑end reporting activities by monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and coordinating fixes when needed
  • Participate in and lead system development and improvement projects
  • Collaborate with finance, IT and external vendors to translate business and other requirements into system solutions
  • Provide end‑user support for the consolidation system, including guidance, issue resolution, and day‑to‑day support during reporting cycles

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • Several years of experience as a key user or administrator of a financial consolidation or group reporting system
  • A solid understanding of group finance, consolidation, and reporting processes in a multi‑entity environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
  • A strong commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Previous experience in working with Hyperion HFM in admin role is a plus
  • Experience of finance consolidation system implementation project is a benefit
  • Willingness to widen your experience also to other reporting solutions
