About the role
As the Group Experience Design Manager, AI & Content, you’ll lead how intelligence and language come to life across MYOB’s product ecosystem. You’ll shape how customers see, feel, and trust AI — defining the patterns, systems, and narratives that make our experiences intelligent, human, and distinctly MYOB.
You’ll guide a cross-disciplinary team spanning AI experience design, UX writing, and conversational design, elevating both visual and verbal craft. As a key conduit between Product, Brand, and Design Systems, you’ll ensure our AI and content strategies are expressed with clarity, cohesion, and purpose. You’ll partner closely with design and product leaders to drive our AI-first experience strategy, explore next-generation interfaces and agentic workflows, and build confidence in AI-augmented design across the business.
The skills you'll need
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional work from discovery through to delivery.
- Proven experience designing or leading AI-powered, data-driven, or highly interactive product experiences.
- Deep expertise in content design, UX writing, or conversational interfaces — understanding how language builds trust with AI.
- Strong interaction, visual, and systems design skills, with proficiency in modern prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, V0, Diagram, Framer).
- Experience guiding or contributing to design systems and component libraries at scale.
- Ability to translate customer insight, behavioral understanding, and data into clear experience strategies and value creation.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and aligning diverse collaborators across Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — able to make complex ideas simple, tangible, and inspiring.
- Curiosity and optimism for AI, agents, automation, adaptive interfaces, and the evolving relationship between human behavior and intelligent systems.
