We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive team as Group Director, Identity & Mission. You will play a defining leadership role in ensuring our mission is not only preserved, but actively lived — influencing how we lead, how we care, and how we make decisions across the organisation. Joining Cabrini means becoming part of a community with a long tradition of compassionate care, innovation, and service. You will influence the heart of the organisation and influence the future of Catholic healthcare in Australia.

Partner with the CEO, Board, and Executive to strengthen organisational identity and reinforce ethical integrity
Support considered discernment and ethical decision‑making in organisational and clinical contexts
Represent Cabrini within the broader Catholic community
Ensure accessible, high-quality pastoral, spiritual and bereavement support for patients, clients, families, and staff of all faiths and no faith
What we are looking for:
You are a mission‑mindful, relational, and strategic leader who brings depth of experience in Catholic health, social services, education, or a related ministry. You combine theological understanding with contemporary organisational leadership.
You will bring:
Senior leadership experience in mission, identity, ethics, and formation
Strong capability in organisational culture, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement
Commitment to the principles of Catholic social teaching and the healing ministry of Jesus
Excellent communication, personal and facilitation skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in theology, ethics, leadership, or a related field
What we offer:
