About the Role

As a Customer Marketing Intern, you will support in key projects within the Customer Marketing programme, helping us to drive our retention operations and upselling strategy. You will work closely with both central and local teams, data providers, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on data analysis, insights generation and deliveries creation.

This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of marketing functions and prepare you for a successful career.

Key reponsabilities

This role provides an outstanding platform for a talented individual to work on a range of Customer Marketing topics and international projects, working in close collaboration with customer marketing teams across 18 markets.

The main tasks and projects would include:

  • Track and analyze monthly retention KPIs, supporting the maintenance and improvement of dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze performance trends across markets, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Transform large datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and share best practices across countries, supporting the development of initiatives to improve retention and customer performance.
  • Support the coordination and execution of customer marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, Data) to drive initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Prepare presentations and executive summaries for internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Location

The position will be based in Madrid (Spain). Some travel might be required.
