Te tūranga – The role
As part of the Enterprise Services Group, the Group Coordinator plays a key role is providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Directors, Managers, and the wider team—ensuring seamless operations through expert diary management, meeting coordination, note taking, and clear communication.
This includes proactive diary and travel coordination, efficient office and facilities management, and seamless execution of meetings, events, and day-to-day administrative functions to enable effective team performance.
While a focus of this role is to support two Directorates - Risk Compliance and Audit, and Legal and Governance respectively, there is an expectation to work in an agile way across the entire group and to assist where there may be gaps for workflow pressures.

We’re looking for a collaborative team player, who can manage the diary/calendar to ensure accurate scheduling, prioritisation of appointments, and timely coordination of meetings, travel, and key deadlines.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex organisation to ensure smooth and effective operations
The ability to oversee the day-to-day functioning of office operations
Comfort planning and delivering the logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
Confidence managing domestic and international travel arrangements
Experience assisting with budget preparation, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
