We are seeking a talented, data-driven, curious, and empathetic Group Consumer Insights Intern to contribute to the delivery of Quantitative & Qualitative Consumers research, its posterior analysis and transformation into actionable insights. This role will join our growing and successful Group Marketing Team and will support bringing the Voice of the Consumer to decisions on Brand Communications, Innovation Developments and other areas related to Acquisition Strategy.

The Group Consumer Insights Intern will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in a wide range of topics, develop hard & soft skills and work with colleagues from various backgrounds across our 18 markets.
As priorities, you will:
- Lead or support the design and execution of market research projects, particularly communication content analysis and big innovations studies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of actionable insights
- Analyze research data using a data-driven approach while also demonstrating a deep understanding and empathy for the people/consumer behaviors behind the numbers
- Develop and deliver insightful learning materials that are accurate, insightful, and are presented in a clear, inspiring way
- Apply AI-powered techniques to analyze consumer verbatims, automate recurring tasks and unlock valuable insights that drive business growth
- Facilitate sharing of existing and new learnings with fast response, “excellence of service” attitude to all stakeholders interested in bringing consumer insights to their decision making

The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with hybrid work model to allow you to partially work from home.

Experiences and Qualifications
- Final stages of bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record
- Previous internship or student association experience a plus, but not mandatory
Competencies
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Passionate in everything you do with a collaborative attitude and willingness to leave a mark
- Strong interest in how marketing and communication influence consumer behaviour, and in leveraging data to generate insights that support business decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Agility and ability to respond fast to request to deliver “excellent service levels” with internal clients
- Structured, detail oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (other languages are a plus: Spanish, French, German, Italian)
- Experience and competence using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint (inc. Think-Cell). Basic knowledge of PBI will be considered a plus.

- Initiative and ability to adapt fast to different situations
- Experience in treating high quantities sets of data to extract learnings & insights
- Experience in data science projects such as regression models, decision trees, clusterization, etc.
