Are you ready to take the first step into a rewarding career in property management? AMLI Residential is looking for a motivated Groundskeeper to join our team at our luxury apartment community in Denver’s Glendale neighborhood.
This full-time position (40 hours/week, day shift) plays a key role in keeping our community beautiful, welcoming, and clean for our residents and guests.
You’ll help maintain the high standards of our community by:
Keeping common areas, amenities, and grounds clean and tidy
Preparing vacant units for new residents—including the chance to learn and assist with AMLI's make-ready process
Maintaining curb appeal by raking, sweeping, and seasonal upkeep
Caring for the pool and related equipment
Handling trash removal and maintaining exterior lighting
Taking care of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
At least 1 year of work experience (experience in custodial or cleaning work is a plus!)
Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
A positive attitude and pride in your work!
