The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of Click & Collect (CNC) services. This includes maintaining current processes (“keeping the lights on”) while driving future enhancements to improve customer experience, service levels, and sales growth. The position will play a key role in projects related to Click & Collect expansion and service improvements.
You will manage and support the operational activities of Click & Collect (CNC), ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence. The role will also contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, increasing efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
