Focused primarily on either preparing cooking ingredients or operating a food station in a cafeteria setting, this position is responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of food for patients, staff, and visitors. Supports the functionality of the department by providing general sanitation including cleaning and storing dishes, utensils, and pots, and disinfecting work areas. Gains confidence and cooperation from peers and supervisors through effective communication and competent job performance. Pay Range is $26.35 to $32.05 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
