Drive enterprise access growth by strategizing, planning, and executing commercial and business plans to expand fibre and mobile infrastructure across strategic commercial, industrial, and data centre zones—maximizing business growth and return on investment.
Build strong market positioning and foster strategic partnerships with real estate developers to secure Maxis' presence in new residential, commercial, and industrial property developments.
What are you accountable for?
Drive demand planning assessment and prepare business case to justify investment required and seek management approval with proposed recommendation.
Work closely with Enterprise Head of Region and Segment Sales on their strategy and commercial justification, and track return on investment for approved business cases.
Close collaboration with Network on solution proposal for best optimized network design and costing to ensure viable business case and to track deployment and spend progress as per timeline committed and budget approved.
Strategize commercial management and partnership with Property Developers, which covers developing business model, commercial proposal and contract negotiation.
Establish clear framework, standardised approach and simplify process to continuously improve demand planning and commercial management effectiveness.
Work closely with Data Analytics team on reporting and update to management on fibre and mobile infra expansion performance.
Set up regular cadence with key stakeholders on progress tracking including monthly management review to highlight escalation and seek support.
What do you need to have for this role?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 3–8 years in telecom infrastructure or enterprise/B2B roles.
Strong demand planning and financial modelling skills (NPV, IRR, ROI justification).
Knowledge of fibre and mobile network infrastructure and deployment processes.
Ability to develop commercial models, proposals, and negotiate contracts with property developers.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel and BI tools.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Network, Finance, and Analytics teams.
Skilled in project management for timelines, budgets, and deployment tracking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executive reviews and escalations.
