GRC Technical Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced GRC Technical Product Owner to lead the technical design, configuration, and integration of the Archer GRC platform including Archer Evolv capabilities and in-house AI-enabled architecture. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with Archer, AI Platforms, and strong leadership skills to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated GRC solutions in an enterprise environment.

The Technical Lead will work closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT teams to translate regulatory and risk requirements into well-architected Archer and Archer Evolv solutions while leading delivery teams through implementation and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical solution design for Archer, Archer Evolv and AI Platforms.

  • Provide technical oversight and expertise across all Project deliverables in all environments.

  • Design and configure Archer and Archer Evolv applications, workflows, questionnaires, data models, calculations and dashboards.

  • Drive delivery of AI products and lead system integrations using Archer APIs and data feeds (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDBs, IAM, security tools).

  • Establish and enforce Archer and Archer Evolv technical standards and best practices.

  • Mentor developers and administrators on Archer and Archer Evolv configuration and solution design.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective, audit-ready solutions.

  • Partner with Model Risk Management / Governance to support model lifecycle governance and respond to AI governance queries.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience with GRC platforms, including 5+ years of hands-on Archer experience.

  • Senior level expertise in: Archer configuration and administration, Archer Evolv concepts and modern AI platform capabilities, Data models, workflows, calculations, and reporting, and REST APIs and system integrations

  • Experience leading technical delivery for complex enterprise Archer environments.

  • Solid understanding of GRC concepts (risk, compliance, audit, etc).

  • Comprehensive understanding of AI Architecture.

  • Experience with Model Risk Governance / Model Risk Management (MRM) and responding to stakeholder queries from an AI governance perspective.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Archer certifications (Administrator, Advanced Configuration).

  • Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow, identity platforms, or security tools.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, PCI-DSS, or GDPR.

  • Experience supporting large, federated, or global Archer environments.

  • Background in IT security, risk management, or audit.

Salary range is expected to be between

$113,260.00 CAD - $210,340.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
