We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support marketing and communications initiatives for our Financial Advisor Services Marketing business. In this role, you’ll transform complex concepts into clear, compelling visual solutions used across print and digital channels. Your work will help financial advisors engage with high‑quality, on‑brand marketing materials that support their businesses and clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and cross‑functional partners to bring ideas to life—contributing creatively from early brainstorming through final production.
What You’ll Do
Partner with communications, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to define, plan, and deliver effective design solutions across multiple initiatives.
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, helping consolidate ideas into cohesive creative concepts and deliverables.
Translate draft content and concepts into polished visual designs across a range of formats, including:
Print marketing materials and general collateral
Presentation decks (e.g., PowerPoint)
Email templates
Social media graphics
Digital banner ads
Event‑related materials
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, including higher‑profile initiatives, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
Maintain and evolve design standards while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and electronic media policies.
Collaborate with and, when needed, oversee external vendors to execute design solutions.
Partner with business leaders to troubleshoot challenges, incorporate feedback, and ensure final deliverables meet audience needs and expectations.
Proactively manage project constraints related to scope, timelines, and resourcing, escalating concerns as appropriate.
Contribute to special projects and support additional creative needs as assigned.

You’re comfortable working in regulated or detail‑oriented environments and can simplify complex information through design.
You communicate effectively, receive feedback well, and collaborate easily with both creative and non‑creative partners.
You’re organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
Experience designing for marketing, communications, or client‑facing audiences preferred.
Hybrid Work Model (Malvern, PA)
This role follows a hybrid work model based out of our Malvern, Pennsylvania office, blending in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility. Team members are expected to work on‑site on designated days to foster connection, creativity, and partnership, while also having the ability to work remotely on Mondays and Friday.
