The Job :
The Graphic Designer Trainee position will have as its main function to support the Marketing team in the creation and adaptation of graphic materials for both internal and external projects, following the guidelines of each brand within the group, thus contributing to maintaining visual consistency across the different communication channels. The trainee will work closely with the Marketing team and, occasionally, with the Sales department for creative requirements related to client implementations.
Main Tasks and Functions:
Design and adaptationof graphic materials (banners, brochures, catalogs, presentations, web banners and email signatures, assets for social media, etc.).
Collaboration in the conceptualization of visual marketing campaigns.
Image editing and retouching.
Basic video editing.
Support in preparing files for print and digital media.
Organization and management of graphic resources in the company’s repository.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the guidelines of each brand are followed.
Support the creation of graphic materials to promote marketing campaigns.
Provide support to the Trade Marketing team in adapting sales support materials such as brochures, catalogs, etc.
Develop digital packs (various assets in different formats) to help digitalize the construction sector.
Work closely with the Social Media Specialist in creating content for social networks.
Work closely with the Category Specialist on educational proposals for strategic clients.
Meet deadlines and requirements.
Participate in creative meetings.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficiency in design programs (Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe InDesign).
Knowledge of complementary tools (Canva / Figma / CapCut).
Student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Branding, or Visual Communication. Internship agreement required, with the possibility to work 40 hours per week.
Previous experience in design or marketing internships is a plus.
Fluent English (C1/C2) – ability to work easily in English.
Portuguese is a plus.
