  • Help maintain and expand a library of 28+ marketing templates across 5 color variations.
  • Review team-created assets for brand consistency, providing guidance to non-designers working within the template system.

Document & Long-Form Design:

  • Design eBooks, guides, and long-form PDFs from provided copy documents.
  • Layout product and industry data sheets, competitive comparison one-pagers, and sales collateral.
  • Design case study PDFs formatted for sales use as email attachments and leave-behinds.

Event & Print Collateral:

  • Design conference swag including t-shirts (full color and inverted versions), stickers, and branded merchandise.
  • Create postcards, flyers, and event invite materials, including QR code integration for registration and raffle pages.
  • Design packaging for promotional items such as mints, bottles, and vendor-produced merchandise.

Presentation Design:

  • Design and polish slide decks for live and pre-recorded webinar presentations.

Web & CMS Content Updates:

  • Update existing web page content in Contentful, including copy, images, hero sections, and tab carousels.

Campaign & Cross-Channel Operations:

  • Create product icons, campaign illustrations, and branded graphics across marketing touchpoints.
  • Produce full cross-channel asset suites for product and industry campaigns spanning web, email, social, and print.
  • Package and format campaign content updates for sales enablement distribution.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating range across digital ads, print collateral, document layout, and web graphics.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Canva, including brand kit management and template creation.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms; Contentful experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working from established brand guidelines and design systems, with strong attention to consistency and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and meet deadlines independently, with work managed via Asana.
