About the Role
As a Sales Presentation Designer, you will build compelling, persuasive and visually stunning sales presentations. This is a chance to shape the voice of LexisNexis Legal and Professional. You’ll work in a high-performing team of legal and sales presentation experts and make presentation materials for hundreds of sales professionals .
This role requires 5+ years of design experience with a track record of successfully building PowerPoint sales presentations that close deals.
Responsibilities
Developing the story and visuals for compelling sales presentations
Collaborating with sales and marketing leaders to ensure presentation achieve business goals and align with brand standards
Transforming complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides
Staying updated on design trends and best practices to enhance presentation effectiveness and engagement
Revising and refining presentations based on feedback and evolving project needs
Requirements:
Have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
Have impressive years of PowerPoint design experience for sales
Have a strong understanding of the sales process
Have strong leadership and teambuilding skills
Have experience with modern adult learning tools including Microsoft Office suite, Camtasia and others
Have the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and across the organization to achieve team and organizational goals
Be able to think strategically, tactically, and analytically
Have experience with core Office 365 applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Have proven project management, time management, and organizational skills
Have great oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills both in-person and virtual

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $73,400 - $122,300. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
