About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Graphic Design & UX/UI Advisor (Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor) to join our Visual Analytics team. This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate data, engage clients, and build intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with a deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and data visualization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design dashboards, BI portals, software interfaces, and client-facing presentations that are not only visually compelling but also highly functional and accessible. Your work will directly influence how stakeholders interact with our data products and will elevate the overall quality and innovation of our deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and prototyping of dashboards, BI portals, and software interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Tableau.
  • Create mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and user-friendly.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and brand standards across projects.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices in all deliverables.
  • Translate complex data and concepts into clear, engaging visual stories.
  • Provide strategic design guidance and mentorship to team members.

Ideal candidates will offer:

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and Creative Suite.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Tableau.
  • Experience designing for UX/UI, including interaction design and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to distill complex information into intuitive visual formats.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital production workflows.
  • Exceptional time management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with branding, typography, and visual storytelling.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,600 - 157,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
