Cares about redefining how energy is designed, applied and consumed. Cares about thoughtfully growing to meet market demands. And ─ as “one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” ─ is focused on the mind/body/soul of team members through our Culture of Care.

The Graphic Design Specialist III provides advanced technical and creative leadership across FTI’s graphic design function, ensuring consistency, craft excellence, and scalable execution across digital, print, presentation and brand system applications. This role owns how design work is executed, governed, and scaled, but does not define enterprise design strategy or prioritization.

Experience: 7–10 years of advanced, hands‑on graphic design experience in an in‑house, agency, or corporate environment.

  • Expert‑level proficiency in design tools, including: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop (experience with Figma, After Effects, Premier Pro or other design tools is a plus).
  • Demonstrated mastery of layout design, typography, visual systems, and cross‑channel brand application.
  • Proven experience leading complex design projects and serving as a technical authority without formal people management responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to mentor, influence, and elevate peers through guidance, feedback and example.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance creative quality, efficiency and deadlines.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.

  • Provides input on tools, platforms, templates, typography, and infrastructure supporting future‑state design needs, from an execution, scalability, and quality perspective.

  • Mentors and coaches Graphic Design Specialists I and II through hands‑on guidance, design reviews, and constructive feedback.

  • Supports skill development across advanced layout design, brand systems, visual problem‑solving and efficient production techniques.

  • Supports the Graphic Design Strategy Manager by translating strategic direction into executable standards, workflows, and systems.
