Position Overview:
The Experience Design Team within Coca-Cola’s Global Equipment Platforms is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the creation of visual and digital experiences for beverage equipment used worldwide. This role involves designing graphics and digital interfaces for products such as dispensers, coolers, and vending machines, working closely with UI, UX, and industrial designers. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional partners across engineering, marketing, and global design on real, production-bound projects that support equipment innovation.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Design bold, high-quality graphics for Coca-Cola equipment and digital user interfaces

  • Translate Coca-Cola’s iconic Visual Identity System into cohesive physical and digital experiences

  • Help evolve visual systems and design documentation used globally

  • Edit, refine, and prepare production-ready graphics for real-world equipment

  • Collaborate across disciplines including UI, UX, Industrial Design, Software, Hardware, and Marketing teams


Education Requirements:

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Industrial Design, UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Information Architecture, Human Factors, Digital Media Design, or similar) or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.

Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with the ability to produce polished, production-ready visual assets; proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to clearly communicate design concepts, present work, and incorporate feedback in a collaborative, cross-functional environment; and strong visual design fundamentals (including layout, typography, color, visual storytelling, and attention to detail), supported by a portfolio or samples of work.

  • Experience or exposure to digital and UI design, including wireframes, interaction flows, and proficiency with Figma is a plus

  • Familiarity with UX research methods (such as usability testing, journey mapping, focus groups, or observational research) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with using AI-powered creative tools, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus

Compensation:

  • Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506

  • Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
