Graphic Artist - 1st Shift

The Graphic Artist will design and create high quality graphics, images, & marketing materials with a focus on consistent branding representation and high brand impact, at the request of internal and external customers.

Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities

• Review and approve assigned creative briefs, and work with the customer to ensure alignment on deliverables, project scope, and project timeline
• Create ads, social media content, packaging designs, label designs, photography, promo items, and other graphic elements as requested in creative briefs coming from customers across all Altium regions and business units, and complete high quality deliverables on schedule.
• Work with clients and other marketing team members to improve Altium’s current portfolio and graphics, logos, branding, marketing materials
• Work with studio PKG on packaging design elements
• Work to ensure there is brand consistent visual representation of Altium across all marketing materials
• Work with sales teams as needed to ensure they have the required marketing materials

• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. 

Required Education and Experience

• 3+ years' experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field
• 3+ years' experience using Adobe Suite
• Advanced user of Microsoft powerpoint
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work overtime as business requires

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field
• Experience with CRM software
