--職務内容--
External Relations & Site Services (ER&SS)チームの一員として、主にGrant(政府助成金)のプロジェクト管理を担当する。
政府からの助成金を得るための資料準備や実績確認の監査の資料準備などを他部門と協力し合い業務を遂行する。
各種書類や対象装置の搬入状況などの進捗管理や、他部門への効率的な指示やサポートを行い滞りなくプロジェクトを遂行する事を期待する。また、助成金だけに限らずSPMOとして他のプロジェクトに関しても同様に関わる可能性もある。
--担当責任と業務--
・定期的にプロジェクト及びプログラムパフォーマンスのアップデートを提供する。
・プログラムとプロジェクトの実行が、計画に伴った予定で確実に行なわれる様に管理する。
・プログラム／プロジェクトのタイムラインを設定し、適切なツールを用いてマイルストーン（節目）を記録する。
・重要なステークホルダー全員とコミュニケーションを取ってフィードバックを要請し、前向きな関係を保つ。
・規模、プラン、ビジネスルール、方針、および手順を含むプログラム変更を管理、コントロールする。
・プロジェクトチームと協力し、プロジェクトリスクを特定し、解決策の評価を行う。
・必要な書類の作成やエリア作成の書類についてチェックを行う。
--要件--
学歴 (必須)
学士号、もしくはそれに値するエンジニアリング、科学または財務の分野での実務経験がある方。
--職務経験 (必須)--
以下いずれかの環境において、2年間以上の職務経験がある方：
Fabオペレーション、エンジニアリング全般
プログラム及びプロジェクトマネジメント
--要求される能力 （全て満たしている必要は無い）--
・製造、エンジニアリングプロセス、システムにおいて、経験及び理解力がある。
・自発的で、最小の監督下でも効率的に業務を行う事ができる。
・高い分析力を持ち、複雑な情報を簡易にまとめ説明ができる。
・同僚と自由に協働する事ができ、オープンかつ明白なコミュニケーションを取る事ができる。
・書面、口頭においての高いコミュニケーション力。
・優秀なチームワークスキル、および高いマルチタスキング（複数業務処理）能力。
・卓越したプロジェクト／タイムマネジメントスキル、及び優先付けのスキルを明示する能力。
・強い影響力があり、機能横断型グループ問題を解決へと推進した経験がある。
・各種日本語による書類作成のための日本語文章力。
