What you will do:

This position develops and manages the unit’s policies, procedures, systems, and staff to support risk-based monitoring, on-site reviews, and fiscal and programmatic investigations. The unit operates independently from Programs and Grants Administration, reporting to the Deputy Director of Programs, while coordinating with Programs, Grants, Fiscal, the Child Care Licensing Division, and the Oregon Department of Human Services. This position also oversees corrective actions, payment recovery, legal referrals, monitoring systems, and assessment of statutory authority needed for enforcement.
