Overview

The Grant Coordinator supports the Grant Operations team. This role manages the end‑to‑end operational review of medical education grant applications—including compliance checks, agreement execution, outcomes tracking, reconciliation, and closeout. The position also supports the grants team with reporting, metrics, and process oversight, and participates in Versaic governance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical education grant submissions and complete all required compliance screenings.
• Facilitate Letters of Agreement and ensure timely completion of outcomes reporting, reconciliation, and grant closeouts.
• Confirm applicant eligibility and complete necessary vetting prior to processing applications.
• Ensure all grant processes align with CE (Continuing Education) accreditation standards, governmental guidelines, IME (Independent Medical Education) policies, and internal corporate policies.
• Validate application data and communicate with applicants or internal partners to obtain clarification when needed.
• Provide high‑quality customer support to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve grant payments with accuracy while meeting established processing timelines.
• Manage and route incoming inquiries from the Grant inbox, ensuring timely and appropriate follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to identify, escalate, and mitigate potential risks related to grant approvals and disbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and consistent dependability.
