This position requires regular, on-site work and is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.

The Opportunity 

The Graduation Evaluator plays a critical role in supporting student success by ensuring the accurate evaluation and certification of degree completion. This position is responsible for conducting final graduation evaluations for undergraduate and graduate students, reviewing academic records, prior learning, military and civilian training, and other qualifying experiences to determine credit eligibility and degree fulfillment.

Working within University policies, procedures, and accreditation guidelines, the Graduation Evaluator ensures that all academic requirements have been met prior to degree conferral. This role maintains and updates student academic records, certifies eligibility for graduation honors, and posts completed degrees to official transcripts.

The position also supports graduation operations by managing diploma production and distribution, coordinating student participation in commencement ceremonies, and maintaining graduation-related communications and resources for students. This role collaborates closely with internal departments and campus partners to ensure a smooth and accurate graduation process while delivering excellent student service.

 Compensation 


The annual salary range for this position is $43,888. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range. 

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Required Experience

  • 1–3 years of related professional experience in higher education, student records, enrollment services, or a similar administrative environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience working with student information systems or similar databases.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to interpret and apply academic policies, procedures, and accreditation guidelines.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
