We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Operations Administrator to join our team on a 3-year development program. This role is ideal for a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field. The successful candidate will gain broad operational experience and develop key skills in coordination, communication, and problem-solving within a dynamic business environment.

What you’ll do:
Journey Management - Coordinate flights and hotel bookings, including manpower planning and site travel arrangements.
Maintain all personal records and manage visa and medical documentation processes.
Coordinate with T&D team and track all personnel training programs and records.
Manage camp activities for multiple sites.
Manage all aspects of vehicle operations.
Prepare and manage shift schedules.
Plan visitor logistics and manage security passes.
Liaise with suppliers for quotes, job coordination, manpower requirements, and payment processing.
Manage site utilities such as potable water, black water, waste removal, and used oil disposal.
Prepare and submit various reports including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date tracking.
Provides general administration support or any other duties considered essential for project operations as and when required.
Any other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as per business requirement
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Recent graduate (preferably within the last 12 months) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to anticipate business needs.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
Reliable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
The successful candidate must be flexible to meet business needs and able to work a rotational schedule of two weeks on-site in Oman followed by two weeks off.
