About the Role
Join our Investment Risk team and gain exposure to how risk is managed across a range of asset classes. As an Investment Risk Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting risk monitoring, reporting, and oversight activities, helping to ensure the business maintains strong and effective risk controls.
Working closely with colleagues across Investment Risk and wider business functions, you will contribute to risk analysis, support the delivery of reporting for senior stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to ensure data is accurate and insights are clearly communicated. You’ll also be involved in governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives that help strengthen how the team operates.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Investment Risk, develop your analytical and stakeholder management skills, and gain a broad understanding of how risk is managed across the business.
Key Responsibilities
How you’ll spend your time…
Support risk monitoring across different asset classes by updating and reviewing tracking data (e.g., limits and risk measures), ensuring issues are clearly identified and escalated.
Work with teams across the business and external partners to gather and validate data, contributing to accurate and timely risk oversight.
Contribute to the delivery of risk reporting by ensuring information is clear, consistent, and ready for senior stakeholders.
Help identify and investigate data trends or exceptions, supporting the team in maintaining strong risk controls.
Prepare materials for team and governance meetings, including agendas, slides, minutes, and action lists, and follow up to ensure actions are completed.
Check documents and communications carefully to ensure accuracy and clarity, raising any issues where needed.
Look for ways to improve processes, such as creating templates, checklists, or supporting simple automation.
Help document processes and controls to ensure work is consistent, well-governed, and audit-ready.
Handle data responsibly, maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.
Key Capabilities

As an Investment Risk Associate Graduate, you will be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong accountability in your work. You should also be able to:
Take ownership of your work and deliver tasks reliably.
Have strong attention to detail and produce accurate outputs.
Be comfortable working with data and identifying issues.
Stay organised and manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
Communicate clearly and know when to ask questions or escalate.
Work collaboratively and show a willingness to learn.
Ability to utilise tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams is advantageous.
Eligibility:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any discipline.
Have graduated in 2025, or be due to graduate in 2026.
Be available to join from June 2026 and commit fully to the role.
