Job Description

  • Assist in executing the recruitment plan to meet immediate staffing needs, ensuring a smooth administrative flow for high-volume hiring.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in acting as a point of contact for Hiring Managers to document specific staffing requirements.
  • Act as a co-administrator for job requisitions ensuring all candidate data and statuses are accurately updated.
  • Proactively identify potential candidates through the Company’s Global Website, referrals, and professional networks to build a diverse talent pool.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit; shadow senior recruiters during competency-based interviews.
  • Undertake administrative tasks and special projects to support department goals.

Qualifications

  • Academic Status: Must be a 2025 Graduate.

  • Bachelor degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant field or equivalent.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and verbal communication is essential). French is a strong plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Duration: 6 months, with renewal possibility based on performance and program needs.
  • Status: Full time.
