About the division:

Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank division is a market leader in cash management, lending, trade finance, trust and agency services as well as risk management for FX and rates. Our Corporate Coverage team manages the Corporate Bank’s key client relationships across the full suite of Corporate and Investment Bank products.

About the role:

As part of the Corporate Coverage team, you will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across a wide range of business divisions, focusing on client relationship management and deal origination. You will gain a great overview of the full corporate banking product suite while working close to the senior relationship managers and products specialists to deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of our corporate clients.

What we look for:

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the senior coverage bankers in advisory of key client relationships, business origination and identification of prospect clients
  • Produce best in class presentations to support Deutsche Bank's marketing effort and client pitches
  • Provide financial analysis, risk assessment and analytical support for clients’ situations
  • Support with credit approval requests
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining Know Your Client profiles and other required client information in accordance with Deutsche Bank’s policies and procedures

The role requires a wide variety of skills and capabilities and we look for candidates with the following: 

  • A bachelor or master´s degree in business, finance, economics or other closely related areas with a strong academic record
  • Strong analytical skills: proactive problem-solving skills and ability to assimilate new information quickly
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, including credit analysis
  • Excellent ability to maneuver Excel and PowerPoint efficiently
  • Fluent in a Nordic language and English, further Nordic languages are a plus

To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must:

  • Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st July 2025.
  • Be able to start full time work in July 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
  • Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
