The role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Graduate Content Marketing to join our marketing team in Meudon (Paris).

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing content strategies and high-impact content that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth across both Consumer and Commercial markets.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven content that resonates with target audiences and supports our marketing and business objectives.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Content strategy & execution

    • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing communication strategies promoting our brand and product portfolio across Consumer and Commercial segments.

    • Plan and execute the content marketing strategy in alignment with business priorities, campaigns, and go‑to‑market plans.

  • Content development & localization

    • Collaborate with the local marketing team to create, adapt, and deploy content and asset strategies across campaigns.

    • Localize and adapt globally developed content into compelling, locally relevant assets for multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, digital advertising, brochures, and websites.

    • Support the creation, localization and distribution of key marketing collateral such as white papers, case studies, sales enablement materials, and B2B nurturing programs.

    • Leverage market insights, audience segmentation, and personas to develop content that drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.

  • Collaboration & coordination

    • Partner with internal marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand content production.

    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

    • Support the coordination and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring content readiness and consistency.

  • Optimization & performance tracking

    • Optimize content for SEO and digital performance to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement.

    • Monitor and analyse content, media, and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve results.

    • Manage budgets related to content production and distribution.

    • Stay up to date with content marketing trends, digital best practices, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, ideally  in content marketing, asset creation and adaptation, marketing communications, within a B2B and/or B2C environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, social media platforms, customer journey optimization.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and impactful content ideas.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working in cross‑functional and international environments.

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Office) and familiar with marketing tools and content management platforms.
