The Sine Institute of Policy & Politics is looking for a graduate assistant to join us. The Sine Institute is a laboratory for university-wide collaboration and an incubator for policy innovation, convening the best and brightest in the public, private, academic, and nonprofit sectors, as well as journalism.

This position provides an opportunity to learn about policy and politics from the inside while growing your research, writing, and communication skills.
Essential Functions:
Monitor progress of ongoing projects assigned to you by staff to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Conduct research projects for additional Sine programs and programming.
Assistance in executing the Sine Institute Fellow Seminar Series.
Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of policy and program evaluations, where appropriate.
Draft memos and reports for the Executive Director where needed.
Other administrative duties when necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-time.
10 hours per week.
Salary Range:
$17.95 - 19.50 per hour.
Required Education and Experience:
At least one year of professional work experience.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic programs Sine uses: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
