Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and understanding system functionality
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications under guidance from senior team members
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following development standards
- Support unit testing, integration testing, and defect fixing
- Participate in code reviews and learning sessions to improve technical skills
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and system specifications
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide day‑to‑day support
- Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams in an Agile / structured delivery environment
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in application development, internships, or academic projects
Technical Skills (Technology‑Specific)
.NET Stack
- Basic knowledge of C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET
- Understanding of MVC architecture
- Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database concepts
- Exposure to REST APIs and web application development
Python Stack
- Working knowledge of Python programming
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask (basic level)
- Understanding of data structures, scripting, and backend concepts
- Basic database exposure (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
Mendix (Low‑Code Platform)
- Basic understanding of Mendix Studio / Studio Pro
- Knowledge of domain models, microflows, and page design
- Interest in low‑code/no‑code platforms and rapid application development
- Exposure to integrations and APIs is a plus
